Congratulations! By now, you must have received an invitation from United States Baseball Stars inviting you to join our traveling team. If that is not the case, please read more about our team selection process to learn how our teams are formed.
For those who intend on accepting our invitation to join the traveling team, you will need to complete the registration forms below. All forms must be completed for each player in order to be confirmed as a USBS team member. Each form should be downloaded by each candidate and completed.

Parents or guardians, you don't have to miss out on the international experience, baseball games and memories. Join us! If you would like to accompany your USBS team player, please come along. Each year parents or guardians elect to travel with USBS and had a wonderful time. Like the player's forms above, each non-player who intends on traveling with the team will need to complete the forms below.
